Finalmente il torneo si rianima a MINERBIO nella bella palestra Comunale, 2°giornata del torneo, siamo gli avversari della temuta Fortitudo Bologna, da sempre bestia nera nostra e di molte altre società, per via della potente macchina organizzativa e tecnica, che può mettere in campo per la formazione dei ragazzi.
Il calendario ci vede squadra ospite, che inizierà in attacco. L’attesa è quella delle grandi occasioni per I lupetti, che fanno riscaldamento con Denis, mentre coatc Herrera da disposizioni per il line up.
Leeds off Tobia, che come deve sempre essere, agguanta la prima base con una bella battuta di mancino. Ora nel box di battuta si presenta Filo, bella battuta al centro che fa avanzare Tobia in seconda, e salvo in prima.
Turno di Matteo, che non colpisce pulito la pallina e viene eliminato. Giacomo, salvo, Manuel eliminato, Alessandro C. porta a casa I suoi compagni e con tre punti fatti, andiamo alla prima difesa.
Turno di battuta per Golinelli (il padre ha giocato molti anni coi lupi). Frignani Gaia, figlia di padre illustrissimo, Bollini, Bigi e Giallombardo.
Gli ultimi 3 eliminati, così finisce il primo inning, 3 a 2 per i lupi. Gli altri inning (5) sono sulla falsariga del primo. Lupi che fanno in percorso pulito con i tre punti sempre in “canna” e qualche bella eliminazione. La partita finisce con un consolante 15 a 13.
