Finalmente si riparte, si torna al tanto amato baseball giocato. Con tre mesi di ritardo dovuti all’emergenza sanitaria inizia il campionato under12 sul campo del Castenaso.
I nostri ragazzi si presentano in nove contati grazie al grande ritorno di Goldoni Nicola #6 che disputerà anche una bellissima partita.
I lanci non precisissimi e non particolarmente insidiosi dei tanti lanciatori del Castenaso, insieme a qualche bella battuta dei nostri ragazzi, ci consentono di realizzare quasi sempre i 4 punti massimi per inning. Bisogna però aspettare il 4 inning per mettere in sicurezza il risultato grazie a 2 inning senza subire punti con il contributo del nuovo lanciatore Vignoli Luca #10 e di una difesa attenta. Gli ultimi due inning sono una fotocopia dei primi due con tanti punti per entrambe le formazioni.
Punteggio finale 23 a 15 per i Dustbins, punteggio alto e non consono ad una partita di baseball, ma l’importante era ritornare tutti in campo insieme ad assaporare il profumo della terra rossa.
